The last stage of the Tour of Germany will take place in Saarland on 25.08.2024. The associated route closures will affect access to Saarbrücken Airport.

Next Sunday (25.08.) there will be route closures all day due to a cycling event, which will also affect the approach to Saarbrücken Airport.

Throughout Sunday, the airport can only be reached via the Fechingen junction and the Eschringen and Ensheim through roads. Traffic on the A6 coming from Mannheim will continue to the St. Arnual exit, turn in the opposite direction via the Ostspange traffic circle and from there be directed to the Fechingen junction.

Air travelers are advised to allow sufficient time and follow the signs.
