Ground service employee (m/f/d) with firefighting training

Fast aircraft handling is crucial for every airline. Complex logistics processes and qualified specialist staff ensure a high degree of efficiency, reliability and precision during the aircraft's service life.

Your responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading of commercial aircraft and operation of ground handling equipment.
  • Participate in individual firefighting operations and drills according to the operations schedule
  • Driving, operating, maintaining and servicing mobile vehicle technology
  • Aircraft deicing and winter service

Your personal profile:

  • Unrestricted respirator suitability, shift duty suitability, and firefighter suitability.
  • Firefighting training (basic training, respiratory protection course, machinist course) required
  • Driver's license classes C or C/E desirable, but may be made up during the first 12 months of employment
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken German
  • Reliability, physical aptitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Unrestricted shift suitability
  • Submission of a police clearance certificate before starting work
  • Flexibility, level-headedness and ability to work in a team
