Manager (m/f/d) EASA Compliance

For the Compliance department, we are looking for a Manager (m/f/d) EASA Compliance as soon as possible, at the latest by 01.01.2025.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the certification of the airport in accordance with Regulation (EU) 139/2014
  • Review of changes/additions to EASA requirements
  • Preparation/review of planning relevant to flight operations for approval procedures and infrastructure audits
  • Preparation, implementation and coordination of internal and external audits
  • Project management and cross-departmental coordination of measures to maintain/establish compliance
  • Editing and further development of manuals and training documents
  • Close cooperation with safety/security management, traffic and technical management
  • Reporting to the management on analyses and ongoing developments

Your personal profile:

  • You have a degree in engineering with a focus on aviation or an aviation-specific degree
  • You have relevant professional experience and are familiar with the legal regulations on airside operations and airside infrastructure, in particular Regulation (EU) 139/2014 and ED Decision 2022/0006/R CS-ADR-DSN
  • Further training as an auditor advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good MS Office skills and confident handling of digital platforms
