Lost & Found

Have you lost an item at the airport?

We are happy to help you and offer several ways to report your loss to us!

If you lose an item, please proceed as follows:

  • Contact the information desk in the terminal or report your loss in person, by phone at +49 6893 83 286 or by e-mail to lostfound@scn-airport.de.
  • Describe the object in as much detail as possible 
  • Consider how you can prove ownership of the item, if necessary 
  • Please note that a third party must present a power of attorney when collecting your item on your behalf
    Forms: Third party authorization and courier authorization
  • Please arrange a pickup appointment with us in advance
